Game Development a Market to tap, A dream startup
What`s the biggest market out there in the world, That`s not gonna die whatever happens.
It`s Games, The Piece of Work that`s being done from 1000 of years. Shahjhan played chess, Ashoka played Rumble. But one thing was common they all were played as Games for Fun.
So why i am shouting about this ?
This has been a long sleeping dream of mine, I have been a hardcore gamer all through my life. I still give at least 2-3 hours of my day to games and i make no bones about it, I have more prizes in games than in any other field. I have been among Best for a long duration of time. But i missed the Best part :(, Developing games.
I just didn`t got time to sit back, relax and start learning . Fiddled with gmax libraries a long ago and made a ping pong game too, Just don`t remember the tool used (it was a nice scripting language tool for building games)
Today while browsing landed on this Nice article on future of Indian Gaming Industry , Learned about Dhruva proceedings and I must say i am impressed.with their working . They have hit the target with a very positive approach , good to know this company is investing more in R&D than getting Hungry for Market Base.
One thing for sure i need to sit and get out of this web development madness for some weeks
