Life without proxy
Throughout my Internet Life (Which was my college life) we were deprived from using Internet at the fullest , we were tied at port 80 and no tunneling was allowed . So we were looking everywhere for Web Interfaces for everything.
Now in Ofiice i am pretty enjoying the 1 mbps leased speed and No proxy advantage :). Shoot up amarok select online radio playlists, Post to blogs without any problem , Use Limewire and what not.
Building Perl Modules is a lot easier when you don`t have to download modules from CPAN and make install it. I am loving it.
And yes my newly addiction to perl, Now i am seeing points in Raj`s Love for perl. It`s damn powerful.
